EV Mining and Development Corporation (EVMDC) is a localized mining project company aiming to establish an Economic Zone Areas in some of the mining hot-spots in the Philippines, in order to uplift the economic standards of the country while upholding responsible mining and sustainable development.

Recently, EVMDC has established its pioneering project for the mineralization of Nickel ores and its associated minerals including Iron, Cobalt and Chromite located at the Municipalities of Basilisa and Cagdianao, both within the Province of Dinagat Islands.  EVMDC has particularly covered a parcel-area of 2,700 hectares out of 3600-hectare permit area, by virtue of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) dated September 01, 2023, by and between EVMDC and Napnapan Mineral Resources, Inc. (NMRI), a duly registered company granted with a franchise by the Philippine Mining Development Corporation (PMDC), through Financing Service Provider Agreement.

By far, the project is on the peak of processing all the mandatory and necessary permits required by the law, under the terms and conditions of the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA), pursuant to the Republic Act No. 7942, otherwise known as the Philippine Mining Act of 1995 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations under DENR Administrative Order No. 2010-21.

Furthermore, EVMDC is a registered mining company with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Company Registration No. 2022080064737-07 and with an issued Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Certificate of Registration No. 106RC20220000002713 dated September 19, 2022. Nonetheless, the project has locally registered under Mayor’s Business Permit No. 2023-1608502000-0563.
